Camprrr is operated by ΧΟΥ Ι.Κ.Ε. (“HOO P.C.”), a private company registered in Greece, with its registered office at 44 Kifisias Avenue, Marousi, Greece, VAT number (ΑΦΜ) 801900211, registered with the General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.). We provide software, website-building, and photography services for campsites.

ΧΟΥ Ι.Κ.Ε. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@camprrr.site for any privacy-related request.

When you submit one of our contact, demo, quote, or interest forms, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and the details of your message or request. We do not ask for special categories of data.

When you browse the site, our analytics provider may collect standard technical information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view (see “Analytics and cookies” below).

We use the information from forms to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, prepare quotes, and follow up about the services you asked about. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries about our services.

We use analytics data to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

Postmark (Wildbit, LLC) — delivers our transactional emails. When you submit a form, your details are sent by email to us and a confirmation email is sent to you. Postmark processes the message content and recipient data to deliver that mail.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — provides website analytics via cookies, if analytics is enabled.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States); where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics) if you accept them via our cookie banner — nothing analytics-related loads until you consent, and they are not required for the site to function. You can decline, or change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@camprrr.site.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
